It's been some time since I last used the Fusiondirectory web LDAP
manager, but I believe that it requires a certain LDAP directory
layout. One that is probably incompatible with debops.slapd.
For what it's worth, I (and I believe Maciej too) use Apache Directory
Studio as a graphical interface for LDAP servers:
