I suggest putting all this (including examples) into a new section "The
PKI realms concept" as a first section of debops.pki/pki-realms.rst. The
ACME related text and examples might go into the ACME section, though,
but there should be cross-references between the sections.

If this is described in the manual already, I strongly suggest linking
it from the "The PKI realms concept" section, of (maybe better) move it
in this new section.
Some DebOps roles like 'debops.nginx' can check the list of
available PKI
realms via the local facts and use some other PKI realm rather than the
default one automatically.
Regarding this please also add a pointer to the manual for
role-developers so they can replicate this automatism.
