For delicate matters, one can't rely on 3rd party vps because it's too
easy to dump its ram and this makes LUKS useless. Running bare-metal
gives a bit more protection or at least some heads-up and control. Where
is OVH standing in this regard?
IMHO if this is a concern OVH is no better than AWS or any
infrastructure/cloud provider. The only way around it would be to use
a setup similar to SecureDrop[0], i.e. your own hardware and a
carefully selected location to connect to the net.
